Attached is the vendor guidelines and event layout. Please review the information, and let me know if you have any questions.
If you have not already done so, please let me know what you will be bringing for the event-wide door prize / gift basket. (Does not include NPO’s and community organizations.)We’re gearing up for a FANTASTIC event, so keep posting, sharing, tweeting, and spreading the word! If you need images or content to share, feel free to check the event page on Facebook.

In order to do some of the final planning and promotions for the upcoming event, I need to get some information from you. Please take a few minutes and read through this email, respond accordingly, and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!!
1. GIFT BASKETS: If you haven’t already communicated with myself, Scott, Lynn, Pam, or Bryce about what you’re bringing for a gift basket or door prize, please email me with that information ASAP. We’ll be using these to promote the event, and we can’t advertise you if we don’t know what you’re bringing. (NOTE: Non-profits & community organizations do NOT need to bring a door prize.)
2. VENDOR SPACES: The vendor layout will be announced this week. If you would like one of the limited outside spaces (only 4 available), please email me ASAP. All spaces are approximately 6ft x 3.5ft, and outdoor spaces will be located by the front door, under the awnings. (Alternative inclement weather options will be available.)3. ELECTRIC: Do you need electric hookups at your vendor space? These spaces are VERY limited, and are first-come, first served. Please email me ASAP if you need electricity at your vendor space.
